About Bamboo  

Bamboo is a treelike woody grass. Bamboo when harvested it does not require replanting, mature bamboo has an extensive root system that continues to send up new shoots for decades.

Bamboo has been cultivated for more than 4,000 years in China. It has been used in everyday life in Asia for centuries. Bamboo is a food, a ˇ°paper likeˇ± medium for messaging, for art works, utensils, furniture, decoration and more recently as building materials including, flooring, veneer and paneling, decoration as in moldings and wall coverings.
   

There are more than 1,200 species of bamboo in the world, but the coloring, feature and tensile, strength varies greatly. The Mao bamboo ( Phyllostachys Pubescens ) is the best quality in bamboo family. It's fine grain and durability are particularly suitable for the production of bamboo flooring and paneling.
